We are seeking a skilled technology professional to design, develop, and deliver high-quality digital solutions for global clients. The role involves you to provide L2 technical support for issue resolution, debugging, and minor enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data fixes via SQL/PLSQL
- Batch job issue analysis
- Support integration debugging
- Assist in report fixes (BI Publisher)
- Support minor enhancements (APEX/APIs)
- Log analysis and issue tracking

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of SQL/PLSQL
- Basic understanding of APIs (REST)
- Willingness to work in AMS support model

Valuable to Have

- Exposure to Oracle Retail preferred
