Role Overview

This is a role focused on understanding the HRMS product, delivering product demonstrations, and supporting the sales team during customer interactions.

Success is measured by product knowledge, the quality of product demonstrations, customer engagement, and overall contribution to the pre-sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct a minimum of 2 HCM/HRMS product demonstrations per day for prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and demonstrate the most suitable HCM/HRMS modules and features.
- Deliver virtual product demonstrations for customers across India.




- Conduct in-person product demonstrations at customer locations whenever required.
- Follow up with customers after demonstrations and coordinate the next stage of the customer engagement process.
- Present additional product modules and solutions based on customer requirements.
- Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Work closely with the Business Development, Digital Marketing, and Product teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
