Mandatory Requirements

- Currently working as a Site Manager or Distribution Centre (DC) Manager.
- Managing a warehouse/distribution centre of at least 150,000 sq. ft. (1.5 lakh sq. ft.).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a DC Manager/Site Manager role.
- Overall qualified experience of 10-18 years in warehouse operations and supply chain.
- Must have experience in the Grocery Retail industry (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or an MBA from a reputed institution.
- Proven experience managing high-volume distribution centre operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and people management.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in a Semi automated fully automated or highly automated distribution centre.
- Exposure to warehouse automation technologies such as ASRS, conveyors, sortation systems, robotics, AGVs/AMRs, and WMS.




- Experience managing large operational teams across multiple shifts.
- Strong understanding of food safety, inventory accuracy, and warehouse productivity metrics.
