Role & responsibilities

- Co-ordinates other Expert Care resources (i.e. Asset Manager, Learning Advisor, Technical Consulting Engineers) to maximize availability and increase the customers operational efficiency.
- Leads the operational section of the Quarterly Business Review (QBR), building trust, articulating value and providing point of view.

Job Requirements*

Responsible for end-to-end device engineering and application packaging across enterprise end user computing environments. The role includes up-to-date app packaging, device lifecycle management, and automated deployment to ensure secure, scalable, and standardized workplace services.

Key Responsibilities*

Device Engineering & Lifecycle

- Manage full lifecycle of end-user devices (build, deploy, maintain, refresh) [Device Engg - Draft | Word]
- Implement OS deployment, imaging, and device provisioning
- Ensure compliance, patching, and endpoint security

Application Packaging





- Perform application packaging and repackaging (MSI/MSIX/App-V)
- Manage software distribution, testing, and deployment lifecycle
- Ensure compatibility across OS versions and enterprise environments
- Support release cycles and version upgrades

Endpoint Management

- Manage devices using Intune / SCCM / MECM platforms
- Implement patching, software updates, and compliance policies

Automation & Deployment

- Develop PowerShell scripts for packaging and deployment automation
- Execute pilot, controlled rollout, and production deployment cycles

Governance & Continuous Improvement

- Follow ITIL processes (Incident / Change / Release)
- Work with cross-functional teams (Service Desk, Infra, Security)
- Improve end-user experience using analytics and feedback
