- 1+ Years of Experience into International Voice Process - Customer Support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to handle voice interactions professionally inEnglish Language
- Strong team player with good collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric mindset with ability to gather and validate information from stakeholders
- Robust research and analytical skills to identify and verify construction and Data Center project information across Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions
- High attention to detail with focus on maintaining data accuracy and quality standards
- Quick learner with basic knowledge of MS Excel, internet research, and ability to adapt to new tools/processes
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and support global business requirements
