JD For CRM Technical

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, modify, and update architectural drawings using AutoCAD based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with customers to understand design changes, layout preferences, and customization requests.
- Act as a liaison between the CRM, Sales, Design, and Project teams to ensure smooth project coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of customer design requests, revisions, approvals, and documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of drawings in line with project schedules and customer commitments.
- Review drawings for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards.
- Assist customers by resolving design- and layout-related queries.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure approved changes are implemented correctly.
- Track design revisions and maintain version control of all drawings.
- Support the CRM team in delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the design coordination process.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.




- Good understanding of architectural drawings, floor plans, and construction layouts.
- Solid coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM processes and customer relationship management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering,
- 23 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry..
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
