We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, coordinate with site workers and contractors, ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications, maintain quality and safety standards, and support timely project completion.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities.
- Ensure work follows drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with workers and contractors.
- Monitor project progress and quality.
- Maintain site safety standards.
- Resolve site issues and delays.
- Prepare basic site reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Candidates required who are comfortable in speaking tamil.
- 6+ months experience (Freshers can apply).
- Knowledge of construction and site operations.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Positive communication and leadership skills.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
