Job Summary:

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Telugu Recruiter with strong experience in bulk hiring, preferably within the retail sector. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing large volumes of frontline and operational roles within tight timelines

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk and volume hiring requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, social media,
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage hiring drives, walk-ins, and campus recruitment activities
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely closures
- Handle offer rollout and onboarding coordination
- Build strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements

Preferred Candidate Profile:





- Proven experience in bulk hiring, preferably in the retail sector
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Experience in hiring for field sales, customer support, store operations, or frontline roles will be an added advantage

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate in any discipline
- 4 to 7 years of recruitment experience
- Telugu language proficiency is mandatory
- Tamil and English communication skills preferred
