Job Title: R&D; Executive Automotive Paints (OEM)

Location: Hosur

Experience: 3–8 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and improve automotive paint and coating formulations.
- Conduct product development, testing, and validation for OEM customers.
- Work closely with production, quality, and technical teams.
- Support current product trials and customer approvals.
- Ensure products meet quality and performance standards.

Candidate Profile:

- 3–8 years of experience in Automotive Paints/Auto Coatings R&D;.
- Experience with 2-Wheeler OEM or Automotive OEM customers is preferred.
- Knowledge of paint formulation, testing, and product development.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates from Hosur or nearby locations will be preferred.
