Job Role
- Handling inbound calls related to policies.
- Follow up with the internal team for Pre-Auth cases.
- Convincing customers related to claims.
- Provide Claim & Pre-Auth status to Public
- Update daily tracker to escalation team.
- Guide the customer about claims procedures.
- Providing information related to Scheme.
Criteria:
Graduation and Below Graduation
Fresher or Experience
Reading and Writing ability
Versatile to work from office
Commute on own.
Shift Timings:
Rotational shift
Working Days
6 days working and 1 week off(rotational week off)
Work Location: Teynampet, Chennai
Language Preference : Tamil, English
