Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls related to banking queries
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and provide accurate solutions
- Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Salary: 30K ctc per month

Requirements:

- Robust communication skills in English with Hindi (mandatory)
- Any graduate or postgraduate (UG/PG) can apply
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Immediate joiners preferred

Work Details:

- Shift: Rotational shift
- Week Off: 2 rotational off days per week
- Work Location: Guindy, Chennai . Work from office
