Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers' issues, and offering solutions promptly.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining high levels of productivity.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in an International BPO workplace (freshers welcome).
- Excellent English communication skills for effective interaction with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work on night shifts (rotating schedules) including weekends and holidays as required.
