Roles & Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students and parents from the leads provided by the organization.
- Educate prospective students and parents about the institution's various courses, curriculum, certifications, career opportunities, fee structure, and admission process.
- Understand each student's educational background, interests, and career aspirations to recommend the most suitable academic program.
- Counsel prospective students and parents, address their queries, and help them make informed educational decisions.
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of the institution's courses to encourage admissions.
- Follow up with assigned leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels to convert enquiries into successful admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Achieve assigned admission and enrollment targets by effectively converting the leads provided.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counselling sessions, and admissions in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with the admissions, academic, and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding experience for students.
- Participate in educational events, seminars, career guidance sessions,



and promotional activities whenever required.
- Represent the organization professionally while delivering an exceptional admission and counselling experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Robust communication, counselling, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Ability to confidently explain multiple academic programs and recommend the most suitable course based on the student's career aspirations.
- Target-oriented with a passion for counselling and converting prospective students into successful admissions.
- Confident, energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused personality.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, CRM, etc.).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel whenever required for educational events or admission-related activities.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply. Prior experience in admissions, academic recruitment, educational counselling, telecalling, business development, or educational sales will be an added advantage.
- Must be willing to undergo the mandatory 1-month training and orientation at Tiruppur (accommodation provided) before being posted to the assigned location.
