- Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for automation and control systems
- Travel to client/project sites as required and ensure assigned jobs are completed within timelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve PLC/automation issues on-site independently
- Test, debug, and commission control panels and automation systems before handover
- Coordinate with the site team, electricians, and clients to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Prepare documentation, wiring diagrams, and reports for completed work
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during site visits and installations
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens,
Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta, or similar brands)
- Willingness to travel to project sites and stay until job completion, as required
- Strong sense of discipline, responsibility, and ability to work independently on-site
- Good communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams
- Prior experience in engineering/industrial automation projects preferred
