We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare estimates, monitor budgets, and ensure cost-effective construction management. The candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction projects

* Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements

* Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and tender documents

* Monitor project budgets and track expenses

* Evaluate contractor bills and prepare payment certificates

* Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and subcontractors

* Prepare cost reports and financial statements for management

* Assist in contract administration and procurement processes





* Ensure compliance with company standards and project timelines

* Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

Requirements

* Bachelors degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying

* Experience in construction estimation and billing

* Knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and contracts

* Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software

* Strong analytical and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Preferred Skills

* Knowledge of residential/commercial construction projects

* Familiarity with ERP/project management software

* Positive negotiation and vendor management skills
