Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee construction activities on site to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other stakeholders to manage labor resources effectively.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks by monitoring progress against schedules and budgets.
