Revanza Developers is a growing real estate company developing premium plotted communities in and around Chennai, with current projects in the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare layout plans, plot subdivision drawings, and site plans for plotted development projects using AutoCAD
- Draft drawings for DTCP / CMDA / RERA approval submissions as per Tamil Nadu norms
- Prepare working drawings for internal roads, stormwater drains, water supply, and electrical layouts
- Prepare marketing layout plans, plot dimension sheets, and area statements for the sales team
- Read and work with survey sketches, FMB sketches, and patta documents; revise drawings based on site conditions
- Coordinate with surveyors, liaison consultants, and site engineers




- Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and approval documents

Requirements:

- Diploma in Civil Draughtsmanship or Civil Engineering
- 36 years of drafting experience, preferably with a real estate developer, layout promoter, or civil consultancy
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (Civil 3D or GIS knowledge is a plus)
- Working knowledge of DTCP/CMDA layout norms and approval drawing formats in Tamil Nadu
- Ability to make site visits when required (projects in and around Chennai/Chengalpattu)
- Tamil and basic English communication
