Lead Full-Stack Engineer AI Product Development

About the Role

We're hiring a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and operate AI-powered products end-to-end. You'll own complex features across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure - combining strong full-stack engineering with a passion for building intelligent, AI-driven applications - while mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence.

What You'll Do

- Lead design and delivery of end-to-end AI products and platform capabilities
- Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices across backend, frontend, and data layers
- Build scalable, secure backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs
- Lead development of data-centric React UIs - dashboards, tables, workflows, audit trails
- Architect and manage AWS deployments for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Drive observability and CI/CD best practices
- Mentor engineers, run code reviews, and collaborate with product & data teams

Must-Have Skills

Backend:

- Node.js with TypeScript - deep expertise required
- REST/GraphQL API design: auth, RBAC, rate limiting, pagination
- Distributed systems: event-driven architecture, queues,



async processing
- Strong debugging skills across distributed systems

AWS:

- Hands-on architecture, deployment & monitoring on AWS (EC2/EKS/Lambda, S3, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch)
- Docker, containerized deployments, CI/CD pipelines

Frontend:

- React and modern frontend practices
- State management, component design, performance optimization

Data Fundamentals:

- SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) - query optimization, indexing
- Working knowledge of MongoDB
- Core ETL/ELT concepts: idempotency, data quality, schema evolution

Good to Have

- Agentic AI / LLM-based workflows exposure
- Event-driven messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Data ingestion pipeline experience with Airflow (or equivalent orchestration tools)
- Microservices & domain-driven design (DDD)
- Experience in high-scale, data-intensive environments
