Accounts Receivable and Accounting of Fixed Assets Job Description:

Overview: Responsible for managing and monitoring customer receivables, ensuring timely collection of dues, accurate accounting of transactions, accounting of Fixed assets (Capitalization and retirement) and maintaining compliance with company policies and relevant Indian accounting standards.

Key responsibilities:

- Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and on time.
- Follow up on outstanding payments, send reminders, and coordinate with clients for timely settlement.
- Reconcile customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare aging reports, collection status, and assist in month-end closing.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and applicable accounting standards.
- Work closely with sales, operations, business teams,



including finance teams to resolve billing or payment issues.
- Good knowledge on Financial Statements.
- Accounting of Group company transactions.
- Accounting of Fixed assets (capitalization and retirement).
- Preparation of Schedules
- Petty cash Management

Skills & Qualifications

- Master degree/Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, GL accounting, Fixed assets accounting,(Preferably NBFC background)
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Tally).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and ability to work under deadlines.
