- The candidate will leverage AI platforms to optimise campaigns, personalise outreach, and accelerate market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute AI-augmented growth marketing strategies across digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing
- Use AI tools such as HubSpot AI, Jasper, Copy.ai, Surfer SEO, and Persado to create and optimise marketing content at scale
- Design and manage account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting enterprise and mid-market prospects
- Analyse marketing funnel data using GA4, HubSpot,



and Tableau to identify growth opportunities and optimise conversion rates
- Implement AI-driven personalisation strategies for website, email, and paid media campaigns
- Develop thought leadership content, case studies, and AI use case collateral
- Manage social media presence and community engagement with AI-assisted content creation
- Collaborate with sales and BDR teams on lead scoring, nurturing, and pipeline acceleration
- Track, report, and continuously optimise campaign performance against growth KPIs
