Role Overview

This is not a traditional, behind-the-desk corporate PR role. You are a strategic door-opener, a master networker, and a elite facilitator. Your primary mandate is to move independently, leverage networks, and bring high-value individuals—State Ministers, Top Government Officials, Elite Business Executives, Partners, and Potential Investors—to the table.You will orchestrate the connections and facilitate high-stakes meetings, teeing up the perfect opportunity for the Founder to step in and close the deal.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Liaison & Network Expansion

Elite Networking: Proactively identify, reach out to, and build deep relationships with HNIs, corporate CXOs, venture capitalists, and top-tier government officials.Door Opening: Secure high-level appointments, pitches, and demonstration sessions for NavaGolf by positioning it as a premium lifestyle and sporting breakthrough.Meeting Facilitation: Seamlessly coordinate and host VVIP meetings, ensuring flawless execution, premium hospitality, and the ideal atmosphere for strategic business closures.

Independent Operations & Public Relations

Autonomous Execution: Function as a self-oriented, highly independent operator who requires zero hand-holding to chase and deliver results.High-Stakes Representation: Act as the polished, authoritative, and charismatic face of NavaGolf when interacting with media houses, golf clubs, corporate boards, and ministerial offices.Strategic Travel:



Travel frequently and independently across the city, state, or region to meet power brokers, attend elite networking events, and close logistical loops.

Requirements & Qualifications

The Persona: A high-energy, charismatic, and fearless performer with a proven track record of interacting with VVIPs, senior bureaucrats, and industry titans without hesitation.Elite Communication Skills: Impeccable, highly polished verbal and written English. Solid command over Tamil is mandatory for seamless local government and corporate liaisons.Experience: 3–7+ years of experience in Premium PR, Corporate Liaisons, Government Relations, Luxury Brand Management, or High-Value Business Development.Result-Oriented Blueprint: A self-starter mindset. You don’t wait for leads; you create them. You are driven purely by outcomes and successful deal facilitation.Mobility: Absolute independence in local and regional travel with a valid driver’s license and independent transport.
