Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-quality software applications using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.
- Lead a team of developers to deliver projects on time, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and industry-wide quality guidelines.

Job Requirements :

- 7-15 years of experience in Java development with expertise in algorithms, data structures, multithreading, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of architectural design principles (high-level & low-level) including design patterns such as MVC/MVCS.
- Proficiency in developing scalable web services using Spring Boot framework along with database interactions through Hibernate.
