About the Role

We are looking for a strong and hands-on Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to manage end-to-end supply chain, warehouse, logistics and distribution operations for a growing Food & Beverage / QSR / Restaurant / Hotel / Ice Cream / Food Service business.

The ideal candidate should have experience in managing supply chain operations across warehouses, distribution centers, central kitchens, retail outlets, restaurants, QSR stores or food service outlets. The candidate must have robust exposure to warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, vendor management, SOP implementation, ERP/WMS systems, team handling and multi-site distribution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end supply chain, logistics, warehouse and distribution operations.
- Handle supply planning, demand planning, replenishment and stock availability across outlets/stores.
- Manage warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, storage, dispatch and inventory control.
- Coordinate first-mile, mid-mile and last-mile logistics.
- Manage transportation, route planning, vendor relationships, 3PL partners and service providers.
- Ensure smooth movement of products to restaurants, QSR outlets, hotels, retail stores or food service locations.
- Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, fill rate, OTIF, inventory ageing, cost per shipment and warehouse productivity.
- Lead warehouse, logistics and supply chain teams.
- Create, implement and improve SOPs for warehouse, logistics and inventory processes.
- Drive cost optimization, process improvement and operational excellence.
- Work closely with procurement, production/central kitchen, sales,



finance and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, hygiene and regulatory standards.
- Handle cold-chain / chilled / frozen product movement, if applicable.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1015 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse or Distribution Operations.
- Must have experience from QSR, Restaurant Chain, Hotel, Food & Beverage, Food Service, Central Kitchen, Ice Cream, Dairy, Frozen Food or Retail Food Operations.
- Experience handling multiple warehouses, distribution centers, central kitchens, outlets or stores.
- Strong experience in inventory management, demand planning, supply planning and vendor management.
- Good exposure to transportation management, route planning and distribution planning.
- Must have experience in SOP implementation and process improvement.
- Experience with SAP, ERP or WMS systems is required.
- Strong team management, leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidate must be ready to work from Bengaluru.
- Outstation candidates must be ready to relocate completely to Bengaluru.

Qualification

MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations or Logistics preferred.
