Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA applications for industrial automation projects.
- Design and implement control systems using Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Mitsubishi PLC platforms.
- Configure and commission Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), servo drives, and other motion control devices.
- Prepare electrical control system documentation, including EPLAN electrical schematics.
- Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and on-site commissioning activities.
- Diagnose and resolve control system issues during commissioning and production support.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user manuals.

Required Skills

- 3 5 years of experience in industrial automation and control systems.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Siemens TIA Portal
- Allen-Bradley Studio 5000
- Mitsubishi PLC Programming
- EPLAN Electrical Design

- Experience in developing PLC, HMI, and SCADA applications.




- Robust knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus
- TCP/IP, Modbus RTU, and Profibus.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and commissioning VFDs and industrial drives.
- Experience in machine startup, troubleshooting, and site commissioning.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control panel drawings.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for site commissioning activities.
- Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

- Hands-on experience in Virtual Commissioning.
- Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) Networking and industrial network architecture.
- Exposure to simulation and digital twin technologies.
- Experience in automotive, process automation, or manufacturing industries.
