We are seeking an experienced Sr. Odoo Developer to join our ERP development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP modules to meet organizational and client-specific requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business processes and deliver high-quality ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis & Planning

- Analyze business requirements and propose effective ERP solutions.

- Conduct Gap Analysis between existing Odoo functionalities and business needs, and propose suitable customizations with effort and timeline estimates.

- Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to deliver tailored ERP solutions.

Development & Customization

- Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules and features.

- Write clean, efficient Python code for Odoo development and customization.

- Customize existing Odoo applications to align with business requirements.

- Create and manage QWeb reports and front-end components (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

- Integrate third-party applications, tools, and services with Odoo.

Integration & API Development

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for system integrations.

- Ensure seamless interoperability with external tools and platforms.

Testing, Deployment & Support

- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.

- Optimize Odoo modules for performance, scalability, and reliability.





- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist end-users.

- Conduct training sessions for users on Odoo functionalities.

Documentation & Collaboration

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and workflows.

- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and technical teams to ensure project success.

- Stay updated with the latest Odoo releases, best practices, and development trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- Proven experience as an Odoo Developer (Minimum 6 year).

- Hands-on experience with Odoo framework, custom module development, and deployment.

- Solid programming skills in Python, XML, and strong understanding of PostgreSQL.

- Good understanding of Odoo ORM, workflows, server architecture, and module structure.

- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and QWeb reports.

- Experience with Odoo API integration and third-party tools.

- Knowledge of core ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Accounting, CRM, etc.).

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with Git or other version control systems.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.

Good to Have

- Odoo Certification(s).

- Experience with Odoo.sh or cloud-based deployments.

- Knowledge of Docker, Linux servers, and DevOps practices.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
