Production Management

- Supervise daily production activities to achieve planned production targets.
- Allocate manpower efficiently across production lines and shifts.
- ensure smooth operation of all production processes
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
- Ensure optimum utilization of machines, manpower, and raw materials.

Quality Control

- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control department to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor process parameters and implement corrective actions when required.
- Minimize rejection, rework, and production losses.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Promote the use of PPE and maintain a safe working environment.
- Report accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions immediately.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, 5S, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), if applicable.

Inventory & Material Control

- Monitor consumption of raw materials and production consumables.




- Coordinate with the stores department for timely material availability.
- Reduce wastage and improve material utilization.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain daily production reports, shift reports, and machine utilization records.
- Record production output, downtime, rejection, and manpower details.
- Prepare daily MIS reports for management review.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Participate in Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and process improvement initiatives.
- Suggest methods to improve production efficiency and product quality.

Team Management

- Lead, motivate, and supervise production operators and helpers.
- Conduct shift briefings and allocate work responsibilities.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Train recent employees on production procedures and safety practices.
