Position: Customer Support Executive Blended Process

Salary: 35,000 CTC, 5 days work in a week
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Both Can Apply
Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate

Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through Voice and Non-Voice channels (Calls, Chats & Emails).
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions within TAT.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent Communication Skills in English.
- Good typing and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a Blended Process workplace.
- Flexible to work in 247 rotational shifts.
- Willing to work 5 days a week with rotational week offs.
- Only experienced candidates with minimum 2 years of Work Exp are required.
