Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Strong understanding of application support processes and methodologies.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL.
