Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C# and the .NET framework.
- Design and implement scalable Microservices Architecture.
- Develop and consume secure and high-performance REST APIs.
- Build event-driven applications using RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver quality solutions.
- Analyze technical challenges and provide effective software solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
- Contribute to CI/CD implementation and deployment activities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Leadership experience with mentoring junior developers is preferred.
