Role and Responsibilities

- Administer, configure, monitor, and maintain SAP landscapes including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP BTP.
- Install, upgrade, patch, and perform lifecycle management activities for SAP systems.
- Manage SAP HANA database administration, performance monitoring, tuning, and system health checks.
- Perform SAP system refreshes, client copies, kernel upgrades, transport management, and release management.
- Design, configure, deploy, and support SAP Integration Suite (CPI) interfaces.
- Monitor and troubleshoot CPI iFlows, adapters, certificates, and integrations.
- Manage CPI security artifacts and integrations with SAP/non-SAP systems.
- Coordinate with Functional, RISE, Infrastructure, Network, and Security teams.
- Support HA/DR, backups, migrations, upgrades, cutover, and production support.
- Prepare technical documentation and perform RCA.

Mandatory MUST HAVE Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering,



or equivalent.
- 10+ years SAP Basis Administration with 5+ years SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
- Hands-on SAP Integration Suite (CPI/BTP) including iFlows, monitoring, adapters, APIs, and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in SAP Installation, System Copy, SAP HANA, Performance Tuning, Kernel Upgrades, Transport Management, HA/DR, and Release Management.
- Solid SAP Landscape Architecture, Linux (SUSE/RHEL), communication, and stakeholder management.

Nice to Have Skills

- Experience with SAP BTP services (Cloud Connector, IAS, IPS, API Management).
- Knowledge of SAP RISE, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, Shell/Python/PowerShell scripting.
- Manufacturing or Aerospace industry experience.
