Job Description:

The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for achieving sales and generating leads, implementing sales strategies, expanding the customer base, and promoting The Yellow Dwelling's products. This role requires meeting real estate companies, architects and interior designers, apartments, large format furnishing stores to generate leads for the full house projects. This position will also drive sales and ensure the regional sales target are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads for the stores and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, retailers, and partners in Tamil Nadu like real estate companies, architects and interior designers, apartments, large format furnishing stores
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
- Promote The Yellow Dwelling's brand through targeted marketing initiatives and events.




- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns tailored for the Tamil Nadu market.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.

Requirements:

- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with Tamil Nadu's retail landscape and consumer behavior.
- Fluency in Tamil and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Tamil Nadu.
