Be the voice of Codeyoung as you connect with international clients, identify sales opportunities, close deals, and build lasting relationships. Youll receive hands-on training in global markets, customer personas, and sales strategies to help you grow quickly.

Who We are Looking For

- Freshers and candidates with up to 0-1 years of experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and customer-first mindset
- Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline
- Highly driven individuals eager to learn and grow
- Immediate joiners only this is a must-have requirement

Compensation & Perks

- Fresher
- Training initial 2 months : INR20,000 per month
- Post-training CTC: 4.36LPA Fixed + 4 LPA Incentives
- Experience
- CTC: Upto 6LPA Fixed + 4 LPA Incentives
- Shift Timings: 9 PM 6 AM
