A field-sales role focused on acquiring current retail customers, promoting banking products like savings and current accounts (CASA), fixed deposits, and cross-selling cards or insurance in assigned local areas.

Key Responsibilities

New Acquisitions: Open new Current and Savings Accounts (CASA)

Product Push: Sell fixed deposits, credit cards, demat accounts, and insurance

Field Work: Generate leads via cold calls, local market visits, and branch walk-ins

Target Achievement: Meet monthly sales and productivity metrics

Compliance: Follow KYC and bank regulations

Job Requirements

Education: Graduate in any discipline

Experience: Freshers or candidates with prior field sales experience

Skills: Communication, local area knowledge, and target orientation

Preferred: Two-wheeler with a valid driving license
