We have an immediate requirement for a HR Head - Assam

- Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned with organizational goals and operational requirements.
- Partner with senior management to forecast manpower needs across ambulance operations, call centers, and administrative functions.
- Oversee recruitment and on boarding of EMTs, drivers, call center staff, and support functions.
- Implement fair and transparent performance appraisal systems.
- Drive recognition and reward programs to boost motivation and retention.
- Ensure effective communication channels between management and field staff.
- Address grievances, absenteeism, and discipline issues with empathy and fairness.
- Oversee employee welfare initiatives such as health insurance and safety programs.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws, healthcare regulations, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
- Maintain HR audits, employee records,



and certifications for compliance with state norms.
- Oversee accurate payroll processing, including leave management and Roaster.
- Ensure timely payment of salaries, overtime, and statutory dues.
- Coordinate with the finance team for payroll processing.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA Master's in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- 15 to 18 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Solid knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and workforce management in a high-intensity service environment.
- Strong sense of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.

Preferred:

- Experience in healthcare, emergency services, or 24/7 operations preferred.
- Only Males are preferred.
