Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage international processes for a leading BPO client, focusing on operations excellence.

- Oversee team performance, ensuring adherence to KPIs such as AHT, SLA management, CSAT, and KPI monitoring.

- Implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and attrition through effective rostering and staffing plans.

- Ensure seamless service delivery by managing KRAs and TAT targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through creative solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in BPO operations or similar industry.

- Strong understanding of international process management principles.

- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.

- Proficiency in tools like Attrition Control, BPO Operations, International BPO, KPI Monitoring, KRA implementation.

Package - Upto 5.5 lpa with incentives

Shifts - Rotational shifts, 5 days working
