Job Summary

To perform online and offline inspection and testing of products, ensuring compliance with quality standards and ISO system requirements.

Job Description /Responsibilities :

- Conduct online and offline inspection and testing of products.
- Perform AQL sampling and final inspection of finished goods.
- Maintain and update quality records as per ISO Quality Management System requirements.
- Identify and control non-conforming materials.
- Assist in calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
- Detect defects during inspection and support root cause analysis.
- Report non-conformities promptly to concerned personnel and reporting authority.





Skills & Knowledge Required :

- High attention to detail.
- Hands-on technical aptitude.
- Positive communication skills.
- Ability to follow procedures and work effectively in a team.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

Specialization

- Familiarity with inspection tools and quality techniques.
- Understanding of plastic tube/moulding/printing manufacturing processes.

Documentation & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to ISO Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inspection and testing records.
