Role & responsibilities

1. Oversee the injection moulding process to ensure smooth production.

2. Manage machine setup, start-up, and shut-down procedures.

3. Identify and resolve technical issues with injection moulding machines.

4. Ensure machines are running at optimal performance.

5. Monitor process parameters and make necessary adjustments.

6. Improve efficiency by reducing waste, defects, and cycle times.

7. Ensure that produced parts meet quality specifications and standards.

8. Work with the Quality Control team to address defects and implement corrective actions.

9. Train and guide team members on best practices in moulding operations

10. Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

11. Maintain production logs, downtime reports.

Preferred candidate profile

Skills:

a) Must have - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Plastic, or Polymer

Engineering. (Ability to work in shifts ), Understanding of mould setup, process optimization, and troubleshooting.

b) Having positive knowledge on House hold parts and ; Engineering Products

c) Experience in house hold injection molding would be an added advantage.
