Job Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale Pega applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
- Design scalable workflows, case management solutions, and enterprise integrations.
- Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, guardrails, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions.
- Drive end-to-end solution design using Pega PRPC/Pega Infinity.

Mandatory Skills

- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) Mandatory
- 10+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Pega
- Hands-on experience with Pega Infinity / PRPC
- Solid knowledge of Case Management, Decisioning, and Integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Experience in system architecture and enterprise application design
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
