Job Role: Salesforce CRM Developer

Exp: 8+ Years

Location: PAN India

Job Type: Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Development and deployment of CRM Analytics components
- Building Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Salesforce configuration
- Data migration to the SFDC (Salesforce.com) platform using APIs and Data Loader
- Troubleshooting Salesforce-related issues
- Working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Salesforce Administration/Configuration skills
- CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM)
- Reports & Dashboards
- Sales Cloud and Service Cloud knowledge
- Data migration experience using Data Loader
- Basic deployment experience
