Role & responsibilities

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain industrial electronic equipment and control systems.
- Assemble, wire and test hot melt adhesive machines and dispensing systems.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and electronic schematics.
- Install and commission machines at customer sites whenever required.
- Troubleshoot PLC-based control panels, sensors, temperature controllers, SSRs, relays, HMIs and other automation components.
- Perform preventive maintenance and quality testing before machine dispatch.
- Identify root causes of electrical and electronic failures and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with the mechanical and production teams during assembly and testing.
- Maintain service reports, testing records and documentation.
- Provide technical support to customers over phone and during site visits.
- Ensure all work complies with electrical safety standards and company quality procedures.

Required Skills





- Knowledge of temperature control systems and industrial heating applications.
- Experience in machine commissioning and customer support.
- Familiarity with VFDs, servo systems and industrial communication protocols will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

- ITI or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechatronics.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant industrial experience.
- Candidates with experience in industrial machinery, automation, packaging equipment or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
