- Production Planning: Develop, organize, and manage production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and quotas.
- Resource Allocation: Determine and secure the necessary workforce, raw materials, and equipment for production runs.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Establish quality control standards, regularly inspect outputs, and enforce strict health and safety regulations.
- Budget Management: Oversee departmental budgets, negotiate costs, and implement measures to minimize waste and reduce expenses.
- Equipment Maintenance: Organize routine repairs and preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate production personnel, assign shifts, and foster a high-performance floor culture.
- Reporting & Optimization: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), report to senior management, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
