Position: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive

Qualification: Graduate
Experience: About 5 years in similar industry.
Preferred Age: 30 to 35

- Examples: Fevicol, CenturyPly, Greenply or similar companies
- Hardware & Architectural Fittings
- Examples: Godrej, Hettich, Ebco or similar brands
- Paints, Foam & Building Materials
- Examples: Asian Paints, Kansai Nerolac, Berger Paints, Kurlon, Sleepwell or similar companies
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and collection targets for the assigned territory.
- Prepare and execute sales and collection plans.
- Generate current business opportunities and achieve product-wise sales targets.
- Identify and convert new customer enquiries into business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers.
- Promote the value proposition of the company's products and services.
- Generate leads and expand the customer base across the assigned territory.
- Prepare sales forecasts and market intelligence reports.
- Manage customer credit limits and ensure timely collections.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and debtor management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly visit customers, distributors, dealers, and project sites to maximize business opportunities.
