- Conduct regular GitHub pull request (PR) reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Define, implement, and enforce coding standards, design principles, and development guidelines across engineering teams.
- Mentor developers through architecture reviews, design discussions, code reviews, and technical coaching.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop domain expertise in eCommerce, licensing, and subscription-based platforms to support business-driven architecture decisions.
- Design and implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka and AWS SQS.




- Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes while supporting CI/CD automation.
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS following security, scalability, and reliability best practices.
- Ensure applications meet performance, security, scalability, availability, and reliability requirements.
- Lead production support activities, including incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous service improvement.
- Implement application monitoring, logging, and observability using tools such as Dynatrace and Logz.io.
- Leverage GitHub Copilot and modern AI-assisted development practices to improve developer productivity and code quality.
- Maintain technical documentation, architecture decisions, reusable patterns, and engineering knowledge repositories.
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence, continuous learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Provide strong technical leadership by influencing engineering decisions, leading by example, and driving delivery excellence.
- Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders while proactively managing technical risks and dependencies.
