As a Paid Media (Google) Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve marketing objectives for our company.

ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop strategic plans for Google Ads campaigns, defining objectives, target audience, budget allocation, and timelines.
2. Execute end-to-end campaign setup, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and targeting options.
3. Continuously optimize campaigns to enhance performance and maximize ROI.
4. Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant targeting opportunities.
5. Effectively manage campaign budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation and goal achievement.
6. Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client. Forecast and track key account metrics
7. Monitor spending and adjust budgets as necessary to maximize ROI.
8. Test different ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to identify areas for improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business,
or a related field.
2. Proven track record of 6 months to 3 years in driving successful PPC and paid search campaigns
3. Strong working knowledge of Google Adwords and all paid search platforms
4. Google Adwords certification is preferable
5. Passion for PPC and digital marketing in general
6. Effective communication and reporting skills
7. Robust numerical and analytical skills
8. Good working knowledge of Google Analytics
