Role Overview

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Technical Consultant Presales with 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, SOC/NOC, and Managed Services. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing solutions, and supporting the sales team with technical expertise and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements

Design end-to-end solutions across SOC, NOC, and Cybersecurity domains

Prepare solution architecture, HLD/LLD, and technical presentations

Conduct product demos, POCs, and workshops

Design SOC-as-a-Service and Managed IT Services offerings

Prepare proposals, SoW, BoQ, SLA definitions, and cost estimations

Develop presales collateral such as case studies and presentations

Work with sales, OEMs, and delivery teams

Conduct partner enablement and customer presentations





Contribute to new service offerings and improvements

Technical Skills

SIEM Tools: Splunk, IBM QRadar, Chronicle (any)

Monitoring Tools: Zabbix, SolarWinds, PRTG

Security Technologies: Firewall, Endpoint Security, Network Security

Networking: Routing, Switching, Wireless fundamentals

Core Competencies

Robust communication and presentation skills

Customer-facing experience

Solution design and architecture mindset

Proposal writing and commercial understanding

Required Experience

Minimum 5+ years in Presales / Solutioning / Technical Consulting / Engineering

Experience in Cybersecurity, Networking or Managed Services

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications: CEH / CISSP / Security+

SIEM-related certifications

Experience in SOC or NOC operations

Good to Have

Experience in VAPT services

Exposure to ITSM tools (ServiceNow / Summit)

Experience in multi-vendor environments

Education

Bachelor s degree in engineering / IT / Computer Science
