- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, or Alternative Investment Operations.
- Strong understanding of Private Equity fund structures, partnership accounting, capital activities, investor accounting, and NAV preparation.
- Experience with fund accounting platforms (e.g., Investran, eFront, Allvue, Yardi, Geneva, or similar)
- Working knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS financial reporting standards.
- Strong understanding of capital calls, distributions, investment accounting, portfolio valuations, management fees, and carried interest.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, formulas, and data analysis).
- Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and work effectively in a deadline-driven workplace.
