ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collaborate with the design team to develop design concepts
2. Prepare rough drafts and present your idea
3. Thinking creatively to produce new ideas for company branding, and promotional campaigns, brainstorming and mocking up different design ideas
4. Build, lead, and review the work of the designing team in the production of all web and digital marketing collateral such as landing page design, social media static posts, GIF, logo banner designing
5. Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing and content to understand design requirements and objectives.
7. Incorporate feedback and revisions into design projects.
8. Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables meet quality standards.

Prioritize and organize workload efficiently.
10. Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to the deadline

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 1-2 years of experience required.
2. Must be highly creative, extrovert and aware of the recent Social Media trends.
3. Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator robust sense of colour combinations, fonts, and layout.
4. Bachelors degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
5. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
