- Installation & commissioning of machines/equipment
- Troubleshooting & breakdown support
- Preventive maintenance & servicing
- Site visits & customer support
- Diagnose technical issues & provide solutions
- Coordinate with sales & internal teams
- Maintain service reports & documentation
- Spare parts identification & support
- Ensure customer satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation
- 14 years experience in service / maintenance (compressor, pumps, machinery preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting & technical skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical & mechanical systems
- Willing to travel for site work
- Good communication & customer handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure (breakdown situations)
