Role & responsibilities :-

Job Description

- Responsible for overall maintenance related activities for the shift.
- Breakdown maintenance and ensuring availability of machines/equipments.
- Responsible for Preventive/Predictive/Annual Maintenance as per the plan.
- Experience an Electrical operation, Installation, Testing & Maintenance with all major equipments of electrical power system.
- Working experience in Field Instrument and PID control system Commissioning, calibration and trouble shooting.
- Hands on experience preferably in using PLC troubleshooting, HMI, Drives.
- Root cause analysis, specializing in high-level problem solving, process efficiency and day-to-day maintenance in machines.
- Overall checking and inspection of panel rooms, control room, control panels, battery chargers, transformer and other equipments.
- Spare part management and utility equipments handling experience.
- Knowledge of safety protocols like LOTO, electrical safety, work at height.
- Compliance with Saint Gobain standards, EHS & WCM process & standards
