Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.

- Identify recent business opportunities through cold calling, telemarketing, and lead generation techniques.

- Develop strong relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell products/services.

- Meet daily/weekly targets set by management for sales performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, etc.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
